the staff were friendly i found this acceptable and it made the stay okay
the room was dusty and dirty i saw no toilet brush it seemed like the bedding had lots of dust i discovered this when i returned late i thought moving rooms then wasn't appealing so i just dealt with it

the reception staff was fantastic. the room was lovely and big. it was clean. the bed was very comfortable.
the cost for a dog is ridiculous. every other hotel we have stayed in with our pet has been less expensive. i was happy with the stay but will definitely not pay this much for having a pet again.
