the location was acceptable. it was close to many attractions.
The room service was slow. i had to call multiple times to get my room cleaned. the staff seemed undertrained. It was annoying to deal with simple requests. there was also no body lotion in the bathroom.

My room was a Classic King Room. The bed provided great comfort. I appreciated the hotel's minimalist decor. It was very pleasing. The hotel even let me borrow a bicycle, so I could explore the area. It was very helpful.
I did notice, rooms were serviced late in the day. We were out all day, and they didn't clean the room until we were back. I wanted to relax at that time.

This hotel is at the heart of a historic neighborhood. I found that the neighborhood is well connected to the city. You have a bit of peace here within a major urban area.

i found the room to be quite spacious and very clean. the location was ideal as it was close to the public garden and comm ave. i appreciated the convenience of valet parking. the hotel's updated decor gave it a very fresh feeling
