I found the hotel's location convenient. Numerous shops and diverse restaurants are just steps away. The 24/7 availability of coffee and tea in the lobby was a good bonus. My room was consistently clean and well-kept by the housekeeping staff. I appreciated the front desk staff, who offered helpful tips for navigating public transportation.
The bathroom in my room was a bit small, making movement a little difficult.

I enjoyed the excellent location. It made exploring so easy. restaurants and parks were within a short walk (i walked everywhere!). the staff was helpful. Alex helped me book amtrak tickets. I was so grateful.
The bathroom in my larger room felt small. The toilet was close to the shower. getting in required a bump (it was a tight squeeze!). the counter space was also tiny.

the front desk staff were really helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with any needs. parking at the back was stress-free, despite the tandem spaces, because staff moved cars as needed. there was constant availability of both hot and cold drinks, a very pleasant feature.

the hotel is centrally located, a major plus for anyone wanting to explore. i found it super easy to walk to numerous shops and restaurants (loved it!). the area felt safe and vibrant, perfect for strolling.

while the hotel doesn't offer on-site breakfast, plenty of dining options are just a few blocks away. it was nice to have a choice of cafes and restaurants nearby (i tried a new place each morning!). i would definitely return.

The location is convenient to shops. Restaurants are close by. Staff were friendly. The room was clean.
The bathroom was quite small. The toilet was directly in front of the shower. It was difficult to get in and out of the shower without bumping into the toilet.

I adored the room. It was a bay window king room and had so much character. the light flooded in each morning, and the space felt ample. also, the location allowed easy exploration, and it made visiting local attractions simple!!!
The lobby coffee lacked a certain robustness.
