the location was good, near the subway, a definite plus for getting around.

I was pretty frustrated with the room cleaning policy. It only happened every three days. this wasn't enough, considering how quickly things got messy (especially with luggage). the breakfast selection was a letdown too. I wished there were more fresh options (especially some fresh fruit).

The staff member at check-in exhibited rudeness. He instructed me to move my bags abruptly. he barely provided essential information. the wi-fi password provided initially proved incorrect, requiring further intervention.
