The shared pool was beautiful. The water shimmered under the sun. breakfast was divine. It filled our mornings with joy and warmth.
Our room's curtains didn't block the light properly. sunlight woke us up too early each morning. we also encountered a small charge for a lost key card. That seemed petty during such a stay.

Our Three-Bedroom Villa Private Pool Beachfront was spacious and well-kept. The private pool was a highlight, especially during the hot afternoons. The beach access was convenient, and the water was clean (I spent much of my time sunbathing).

i was charmed by the special welcome for our wedding anniversary. the staff were friendly and helpful. huan at reception helped correct a mistake another guest made (gave our room number in error). i appreciated the on-time town shuttle bus, which i used often.
the beach was not very clean, a disappointment given the resort's beachfront location. i had hoped for a pristine beach experience right outside the hotel.

the resort has many forms of entertainment like ping pong, bicycles, fussball, football, basket ball, and volleyball. there are multiple pools (including two heated ones) to enjoy for relaxation or activity. direct beach access.

the breakfast buffet had a great selection of foods (i especially liked the variety of fresh fruit). the resort offers high quality food at the restaurants. note that the breakfast staff barely acknowledges guests.

the resort has direct beach access, a great feature for beach lovers. the resort provides a free shuttle bus to hoi an, simplifying travel. there is a great little seafood restaurant next door, called 768 (very convenient).

the staff was very attentive, friendly, and kind to guests. the butler service here is fantastic, with staff handling all requests promptly and efficiently. reception was very helpful in organizing arrival and departure.
