a mostly positive experience
shuttle bus convenient bus breakfast options varied breakfast small drain shower drain key process insecure process
the hotel breakfast included both vietnamese and western options. the shuttle bus to the old town was convenient. it made getting around very easy.
i found the shower drain was small. it caused a partial bathroom flood after showering. also, getting a spare key was too easy. the front desk gave it without verifying the room number.

i appreciated the helpful directions lisa provided for nearby dining. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of foods. the shuttle service to the old town was convenient and comfortable.
