Awesome stay near Disney Springs!

This hotel features early theme park access. I found ample dining spots near this hotel. My room included a coffeemaker and mini-fridge. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to Disney theme parks. The fitness center had several cardio machines. It also had free weights for a complete workout.

The hotel is very close to Disney Springs. A short walk provides access to shops and restaurants. I observed regular pedestrian traffic around the hotel area. A dedicated walkway makes for a safe journey.

the rooms were affordable, or so i'm told, and the location is close to disney springs. dj, the concierge, even offered water. i guess that's nice, if you like water.

i will say, the check-in process was a joke. family members' rooms weren't ready until after 6:00pm. also, they received nothing to compensate for the late check-in which sounds like a nightmare.

The location was close to Disney Springs, though the parking was expensive.

I found several issues . There was an odd smell in the hallways, overpowering and almost medicinal. I also noticed the room cleaning was not thorough. I left an item on the floor, and it remained there after the room was supposedly cleaned the next day. The hotel shuttle made multiple stops, it was not convenient for getting to the parks quickly.

The free buses were awesome and ran on time and regularly.

I was disappointed with the TV reception. Half the channels were pixelated like a bad satellite dish connection. A microwave should be in the room. Its absence is a real misstep. The daily parking fee was also annoying and not obvious when I made the reservation.
