a romantic escape!
family friendly opportunities lovely pool cute staff
the resort was beautiful with businesses within a short walk. the pool area was lovely, and i enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere. we came because our flight had been cancelled, the staff, i really was like in a resort in the caraibes!!!
the hot water pressure was really poor for a portion of our stay. cold showers are not fun when you expect a nice flow of water.

the room was a queen room pool view. it was very clean and spacious. the coffee shop inside the resort was great. the pools close at 9pm, late enough.
Employees seemed confused about where they work. Any question asked received the wrong answer

undertrained staff early pool closing
I found the level of service quite poor. staff seemed undertrained. Any request i made was met with confusion. also, the adult pool area lacked any service. i was expecting much more for the price, especially regarding basic amenities and attentiveness. automatic tipping felt unjustified given the substandard service, and the early pool closing at 9 p.m. was disappointing, automatic tipping

dirty rug gross bathroom
the location offered easy parking
i was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the room the rugs looked dirty and the bathroom baseboards were gross it was aged the bathroom also lacked a full screened shower and the cold air made showering unpleasant i also found someone else's contact lenses in the room.

a fairly good stay
multiple pools poolside cabanas shampoo containers water issue
the hotel offered multiple pools and rentable poolside cabanas. everyone at the hotel gave excellent service. i had a blast!
shampoo and conditioner containers attached to the wall fell off. one night i went to take a shower and there was no water coming out of the pipes at all.
