authentic stay in heart of town
central location helpful staff satisfying breakfast
the location made it easy to walk to the waterfront area the staff arranged tours that were helpful i found the breakfasts satisfying with a decent selection i liked the hotel's decor which added to its unique charm
the stairs were quite steep without an elevator it may be a problem for some people

historical charm and attentive service
great location really good care
i found the location great within stone town. the owner and the team provided really good care. i look forward to another visit and the staff helped arrange tours for me. the breakfast tasted very good too it was quite lovely.
the hotel felt somewhat tired to me. the toilet seat had a noticeable stain and it made me uncomfortable. the sheets also felt quite rough to the touch but the room was super clean.

the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. their attentiveness really stood out to me especially when i needed assistance with arranging tours. i felt well taken care of .
