rooftop restaurant amazing views
the room was quite big the bathroom featured adequate space i enjoyed having a family suite breakfast had many choices and was served on the rooftop restaurant offering amazing views of the harbour
i noticed the absence of an elevator and had to use the stairs

a decent experience
central location excellent breakfast faulty door mosquito issue
the location was really central. it made getting around very easy. the rooftop was beautiful and the breakfast was excellent. the staff was very helpful with transfers. it made things easy for me.
My balcony door did not properly shut. it was easy for mosquitoes to enter the room. the net around the bed did not fully cover. mosquitoes got in. I had some trouble because of this.

Acceptable, but some Disappointments
crows problem overwhelmed staff
The location was quite convenient to the ferry terminal.
The breakfast service disappointed me. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Crows were a constant nuisance, swooping down to snatch food. Staff made no effort to manage it. This made eating on the rooftop unsettling.
