The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Misplace punctuation (e. g. 'we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!). The hotel featured an excellent breakfast restaurant with a great view. I found the staff friendly and helpful, and their attention to detail really stood out. I felt charmed. by the warm, cute atmosphere and the high level of service throughout the hotel.

The floors in the room and bathroom had not been washed.

The staff provided assistance for all needs. a metro station is located directly beside the hotel entrance. i found parking across the street to be secure. breakfast was also good. I enjoyed the room and bathroom.

the room lighting was not good. appliances, especially underneath the refrigerator sink area, did not have lighting. i found it difficult to improve accessibility to the appliances.

The staff was definitely a highlight. Ahmed, diana, elpida, chrysa, and andreas (the security guy) were very helpful. i especially appreciated anna, the hotel manager, she made things easy. she even allowed us to check in early and arranged for halal food.

I had to wait quite a long time for my car to be brought around. the location isn't the greatest. There were some undesirable characters hanging around in front of the hotel. i saw them swimming in the fountain, not very appealing.

the hotel staff was amazing and attentive to every need. a metro station is conveniently located right next to the hotel entrance, so practical. i found the parking facility at the hotel across the street very safe, a relief in a busy area. breakfast offered good choices and variety, starting the day off right.

i found a used water bottle in the fridge upon arrival which was unpleasant. the floor of the room seemed not properly cleaned. that detail affected my initial impression. i had to request a thorough cleaning to feel more comfortable.
