Fantastic Hotel with Great Service!!!

I got upgraded to the luxury suite and it was very nice!!! Breakfast offered a great number of options. I saw both meat and vegan choices. The outdoor pool has such a view it even tempted me away from the ocean. Early check-in was very helpful, the room was huge, and the private beach was the best part.
I had a longer wait than expected one morning.

The hotel location was acceptable, providing convenient access to local attractions.
The villa I stayed in was not well-kept. The escalators to the villas were frequently out of service, resulting in many stairs to climb. there were no tea-making facilities until requested from reception, which I found inconvenient. The furniture was stained, and the cleanliness of the toilets was neglected for four days, even after complaining to the reception desk.

I found that my superior double room offered amazing sea views, enhancing my experience there. The sound of the sea, merely ten meters away, provided a soothing backdrop to my stay. the receptionist offered me an executive-level room with a sea view upon check-in. This upgrade was unexpected because i had initially booked a room without one. the spacious room included a terrace, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. the daily housekeeping kept everything super tidy.
i noticed the breakfast options were somewhat basic and lacked variety compared to other aspects of the hotel.
