the location was PERFEKT as it was convenient for getting into the centre by tram.
the breakfast was sub-par for THE cost. also, personnel were unfriendly and solely spoke english. it was quite the disappointment.

The hotel's location was convenient. Trams stopped right outside the door for easy access to the city center. The room design was excellent. It was spacious and comfortable (especially the bed). The breakfast was good. It tasted fresh.
The air conditioning did not work well. I stayed during a heatwave. The temperature inside the room was high. I could hear noise. Other guests slammed doors and used the bathroom.

the location was good though it required understanding the tram system. the distance to the center was manageable. breakfast was fresh and tasty. the room design was excellent it was spacious and comfortable.
the place felt smaller than i expected. the suite's size did not match the price. the towels looked old and ragged. the shower door did not seal well and caused water leakage after each shower.

a charmed stay!

I was kinda surprised by the convenient location. the tram stop right outside took me directly to the central station, a HUGE plus with luggage. nearby, i found restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets! the holocaust museum being across the street was definitely notable. they upgraded our room. It was spacious, clean, and had necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and made the bed, changing towels daily.
the air conditioning didn't work. during a heatwave, the room reached 28 degrees c! thankfully, the weather cooled, and opening windows helped, though i would have loved functioning ac.

the hotel offered luggage storage. breakfast included many options and suited various tastes, an excellent start to the day. the hotel features convenient access to public transportation, including trams to central station.

the staff were particularly kind and professional. they were also fast in responding to requests! the reception team assisted with directions and local recommendations, so helpful.
