unclear instructions slow support
The apartment lacked clear instructions for the heating system. it felt centrally controlled and difficult to adjust. We were often cold. there was also used chewing gum on a shelf. i found the chatbot support unhelpful and slow.

charming stay near public transport
large apartment cooking facilities convenient elevator
the apartment was larger than i expected. i found good cooking facilities. the bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower. the elevator access was convenient.
Only one window opened easily. The curtain made it difficult.

The hotel is near many tram and bus stations. I counted more than three around the building. a supermarket is conveniently close to the apartment. the neighborhood seemed quiet at night.

Self check-in and check-out made arrival and departure smooth. keyless entry improved security and convenience. the building felt safe because entry required a personal code. This added an extra layer of protection. there was 24/7 communication with the reception team.

The apartment featured a washing machine, an iron, and a hairdryer. I found all these items useful. the kitchen was well-equipped, and plenty of towels were available. This. i had a bathtub and room lights that created a relaxing environment.

smoke smell concrete ceiling
the flat smelled very badly of smoke. despite a second cleaning on day two, the problem persisted. yays were initially helpful and then ignored us. the ceilings were bare concrete.
