The apartment was clean. it had all the essentials ready upon arrival. we spent time in the apartment dodging the weather, but it was a great space to relax and unwind. the location was perfect. It gave a fantastic view of the sea.

The central heating system didn't seem to have a timer. It was a bit tricky to manage the temperature sometimes.

The Mayflower Duplex was perfect for our family. It had four bedrooms with three en-suites. The sitting room provided ample space, and the kitchen contained adequate equipment. Andy, the house manager, was very helpful and readily available when we had questions.

I noticed the dishes were dirty when I arrived, so I rewashed them before use. The apartment smelled slightly of dog upon arrival. This is a dog-friendly apartment, and it had been raining recently.

the location was close to the city centre. the seafront was also nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

the apartment was freezing. there was no way of setting the central heating to stay on. i did not receive a response after contacting housekeeping.

the apartment was perfect. it was clean, tidy, cosy, and warm. the layout really worked for our needs. parking at the hotel was easy to access. i found the location right on the seafront very convenient and it allowed a short walk to the town.

i noticed some dishes in the cupboard needed rewashing before use.
