I found the hotel clean and well kept. the room was spacious with a nice view. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast variety and the helpfulness of the staff especially siri at the front desk. She provided excellent service and was always kind and patient with every request.

the gym is well-equipped, with a good range of equipment for workouts. the pool area includes a relaxing zone and a designated lap swimming area. i saw a filter water tap inside my room, which i found to be very convenient.

the location allows direct access to mbk shopping centre for souvenirs. siam train station is a short walk via connecting shopping centres. the proximity to various shopping malls and city attractions made exploring the city very easy.

the room included two separate sinks. it provided a beautiful view from the window. the room had thoughtful amenities. housekeeping was performed daily and kept the room super clean.

the staff speaks english well. the hotel provided a surprise cake and sweets for afternoon tea which was really lovely. some staff members always greeted guests with a cute smile and positive energy.
