direct access amazing view
The airport bus stops directly in front, SUPER convenient. I secured a room with a view overlooking the famous crossing. It was amazing!!!
The hairdryer felt a little dated.

train station helpful staff easy assistance
The hotel is really near the train station. I found the staff very helpful. They provided assistance with train routes. I was also able to easily arrange taxis.

Central Hub with AWESOME Views!
easy access helpful staff
The location was AMAZING!!! I had easy access to the train station right below the hotel. The view of the scramble crossing from the glass elevator was something I will always remember. The staff shipped my luggage, a HUGE help.
The bathroom needed some updates. The shower curtain didn't close all the way. I could see MOLD on the bathroom tile. I was a bit disappointed by that.

Staff members were readily available and spoke English fluently, quite helpful. The concierge provided luggage shipping services. I noticed that the check-in process was efficient.

The hotel had a glass elevator offering views of the surrounding area. I observed easy access to the train station directly from the hotel. There was also a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel.

superb location friendly staff small area food selection
The location was superb, directly connected to the train station! it made exploring so easy. I was very grateful for that, also, the staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
The breakfast area was quite small. It became crowded easily. the food selection catered mostly to japanese tastes. I would have liked more western options.
