Central Hub with AWESOME Views!

The location was AMAZING!!! I had easy access to the train station right below the hotel. The staff shipped my luggage, a HUGE help.
The bathroom needed some updates. The shower curtain didn't close all the way. I could see MOLD on the bathroom tile. I was a bit disappointed by that.

Staff members were readily available and spoke English fluently, quite helpful. The concierge provided luggage shipping services. I noticed that the check-in process was efficient.

The location was superb, directly connected to the train station! it made exploring so easy. I was very grateful for that, also, the staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
The breakfast area was quite small. It became crowded easily. the food selection catered mostly to japanese tastes. I would have liked more western options.
