Excellent Stay in a Prime Spot
friendly staff convenient location
I found the staff to be friendly and approachable . The location is convenient, close to various attractions. I was really surprised. I received a room upgrade to a mini suite. The room size felt generous, and the overall experience was good.
The noise from nearby nightlife was quite loud. It sometimes disrupted sleep. I suggest requesting a room away from the main street to mitigate this issue. It is best to pack earplugs if you are sensitive to sound.

Fantastic Stay in Central Location
clean room rooftop pool friendly staff convenient shortcut
The room was clean. The rooftop pool offered great views. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. I found a convenient shortcut to Tree Town (a nice discovery!).
The gym only has a few pieces of equipment.

The Superior Double or Twin Room included fresh towels and linens daily. The air conditioning worked very well. I found the room size adequate for a comfortable stay, despite it not being overly large.

The reception staff provided prompt assistance. The cleaning service ensured the room was super clean daily. I was especially impressed with their friendly attitude and willingness to help with directions.

Charming Boutique Stay
efficient staff helpful staff welcome drinks
The reception staff were wonderfully efficient, polite, and helpful. Cartoon were really nice too ensure my comfort . The provided welcome package had nice drinks and snacks.
My room faced Tree Town and I could hear loud music until late.
