the hotel had a fun theme based on dante. my partner and i stayed in a room which was part of 'hell,' it was fun, everything about it made us laugh so hard! we did a 'family' style dinner which was super fun. the steak was excellent and the hotel is located near the train station.
the hotel gym was interesting, but i think a person for giving advice would be helpful. i think the hotel should consider adding this service, as it would greatly enhance the experience interested in fitness and wellness .

the staff were helpful. always happy, they were on hand, should you need anything. they were always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. the staff is indeed committed to providing excellent support.

the gym is open always and the sauna invites to relax. i noticed a cinema room and a relaxation room, both with books, a billiard table and music with a record player. relaxation is assured there.

the rooms have gorgeous facilities. i found a large shower. the rooms are quiet and comfy. the mouse teddy on the bed was a cute detail. the room design is quirky and there is a beautiful sofa for lounging.

the breakfast was simple but good. it included lovely coffee. the bed in my medium bianco room was very comfy. the location is great with only a short walk to the main duomo square.
the hallway carpets had stains and were filthy. the cleaning crew took dirty towels but forgot to replace them. we had to call downstairs to get fresh replacements.

The hotel features a distinct artistic style. I found it interesting. the staff handled my late check-in smoothly. the hotel organized a sparkling wine bottle in the room (it was a gift for my boyfriend).
i noticed the information leaflets didn't match the actual services offered.
