Perfect Stay in the Heart of it ALL!

I thoroughly enjoyed the location. It was VERY central, steps from the Duomo. The room had a complimentary minibar. It was restocked daily with waters, beer, and snacks. The blackout curtains ensured good sleep.
The common areas did have a slight ammonia smell. It must have been from the cleaning products.

The front desk offered prompt, efficient assistance with luggage storage. They also provided helpful directions to nearby attractions. The staff ensured a smooth and cute experience upon arrival and departure.

Our room included a spacious layout with comfortable seating areas. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries. Daily housekeeping maintained Really good cleanliness throughout our stay.

The location is really central. It's very close to main attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful . The breakfast buffet was big with a lot of options.
The room was a little small. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The shower design was poor and water leaked onto the floor.

The shower in my room felt a little small. I found it difficult to move without touching the sides.

I found a couple of things lacking . The breakfast, while plentiful, felt a little uninspired. I expected MORE for the price i was paying. The fruit selection was limited, and there weren't any exciting local pastries i was hoping to find. the soundproofing wasn't GREAT. I could hear street noise quite clearly early in the mornings, it definitely disrupted my sleep schedule.

The location was very central. That met my expectations.
I found the shower design quite poor. The rainfall showerhead was large, and i couldn't avoid getting my hair wet when turning on the water, it was difficult to maneuver in there! the door also opened in two places, causing water to splash onto the floor, it was annoying, and we needed extra towels each day.
