The breakfast was tasty (especially the pastries). The hotel provided easy shuttle service to the city center. I had a restful sleep in a Suite.

a elegant experience
daily water shuttle service
the classic double room offered comfortable amenities. the bathroom included two sinks and a rainfall shower. i found complimentary bottled water provided daily. the shuttle service to the city center was convenient and punctual.
the room felt a bit small for an extended stay. closet space was limited. i wish there had been more storage options available.

The classic double room featured a well-stocked minibar, available for a fee. climate control was effective. the room provided a quiet atmosphere for restful sleep. We loved the bed, but the pillows were amazing!

The concierge service was helpful in arranging local transportation. the staff provided prompt assistance with luggage handling. daily housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness. The service was fast and amazing.

the outdoor pool had ample seating with twenty loungers and shaded areas. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the hotel grounds offered well-kept gardens for relaxation, and we loved those areas!

exquisite sanctuary
suite upgrade quality linens
my suite upgrade included two bathrooms and a lovely pool view. the hotel provided cookies, fruit, and cakes upon my arrival. the staff's care stood out to me. the linens and bed were high quality.
The shuttle schedule to and from the city was inconvenient. It only ran during limited hours. this made relying on it for transportation difficult. waiting times could also be lengthy.

My suite featured an entrance hall, a sitting room, and a separate dressing room. It was stylish. ortigia products were available for my use. the air conditioning worked efficiently and maintained a comfortable temperature. Cleanliness was apparent.

the staff showed a genuine desire to help. they provided prompt and helpful communication before i arrived. the driver waited at the airport. the hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service into the city center

expansive lush gardens provided a calm space. the pool area included floodlights for nighttime ambiance. a shuttle took me into the city center. the spa provided relaxation, and the heated swimming pool allowed for a swim under the stars
