the classic double room offered comfortable amenities. the bathroom included two sinks and a rainfall shower. i found complimentary bottled water provided daily. the shuttle service to the city center was convenient and punctual.
the room felt a bit small for an extended stay. closet space was limited. i wish there had been more storage options available.

the outdoor pool had ample seating with twenty loungers and shaded areas. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the hotel grounds offered well-kept gardens for relaxation, and we loved those areas!

my suite upgrade included two bathrooms and a lovely pool view. the hotel provided cookies, fruit, and cakes upon my arrival. the staff's care stood out to me. the linens and bed were high quality.
The shuttle schedule to and from the city was inconvenient. It only ran during limited hours. this made relying on it for transportation difficult. waiting times could also be lengthy.

My suite featured an entrance hall, a sitting room, and a separate dressing room. It was stylish. ortigia products were available for my use. the air conditioning worked efficiently and maintained a comfortable temperature. Cleanliness was apparent.
