Wonderful Lodge Experience

The lodge offers everything one needs. It is nice and very tidy. A hot tub offers relaxation, and an electric fireplace warms while watching TV. Three lakes provide fishing opportunities only a short walk from the lodge. I found this a relaxing environment. I loved the open living area. A Jack and Jill bathroom has doors opening from the ground floor to the garden. I found extras provided for pets, and enjoyed the area's peace. We appreciated the provided washing machine and dishwasher. We enjoyed the spacious lodge. Everyone could have their separate rooms. This is helpful with teenagers. Sky TV and Netflix gave extra entertainment. I am very grateful for those amenities.

the open plan living area was spacious. the shower worked great. i found the hot tub excellent. the location was perfect for relaxation. i saw ducks and rabbits around the lodge.
i had to add a chlorine tablet myself to the hottub.

I liked that the beds were nicely made and comfy. All appropriate facilities were available.
I was expected to add a chlorine tablet myself for the hot tub. This seemed odd, i'm not sure who cleans it.

The lodge had a tidy interior. It had everything i needed. there were three lakes for fishing. These were a short walk away. i enjoyed the relaxing environment.
The owner was rude. I phoned him regarding wet towels. the hot tub isn't checked by a professional. I don't know who cleans it.
