a tender haven
warm welcome tea facilities fluffy towels
kate, the host, extended a warm welcome. our room featured tea and coffee facilities. large fluffy towels and toiletries added comfort. the breakfast room was super clean, i also saw a generous portion of the cooked breakfast.

central location but some drawbacks
uncomfortable bed weekend noise
the location was very central and convenient for exploring.
The breakfast felt limited. It wasn't quite a full english or a full continental. the bed wasn't very comfortable and i could feel the springs, which affected my sleep. weekend evenings were noisy and i could hear a lot of noise from the back of the premises.

Acceptable Stay, but Breakfast Changes Disappoint
The host was friendly and funny, I will give them that.
I was informed upon arrival the full English breakfast was no longer served. The buffet style breakfast was not appealing. The ingredients seemed okay, it arrived at random times, resulting in cold toast as I waited for eggs.

the location was central and close to many amenities the parking was free and convenient
the breakfast was buffet style it was not a traditional full english the ingredients were good but the timing was off my room was not cleaned fresh towels were not offered the waste bin was also not emptied

location is good but breakfast and room service need improvements
limited breakfast small room
the location is central, making it easy to access nearby shops and restaurants.
The breakfast did not meet expectations. It was advertised as a full english breakfast but had limited options. i missed having fresh towels and a cleaned room during my nights count. the room i stayed in was small, feel a bit cramped (especially with luggage).

great location sandwich bread
the location suited me fine. i found it advantageous it was near the bus stop and many pubs. the breakfast was a good start to the day. they provided bread for sandwiches, much appreciated.
