The location is great (close to the metro station). The staff was friendly and always available at the reception. The hotel provides free water and snacks in the lobby. The hotel had a lovely garden with seating areas.
The stairs were noisy.

The location was close to the metro station. It made getting around easier. The room was very clean and the housekeeping was great. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee machine.
The bathroom had mold. The beds was not comfortable. Some towels had dark spots. It made them unusable.
