The metro station is very close making it easy to get around. I found nice little shops and restaurants in the area. The front desk people were really nice, they also gave free water and coffee in the lobby. I appreciated ample storage for my luggage after I checked out.

The hotel has a breakfast with varied options including desserts and fresh bread. Free coffee and snacks are available at reception ALL day! Many food and drink options are available near the hotel, thus guests have a variety to choose from.

My room included effective air conditioning, a GREAT amenity. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept soundly each night. A kettle and teas were provided in the room, I did enjoy the tea!

The staff were kind and helpful, and they promptly addressed my questions. I also liked how the hotel provides a water fountain for refilling water bottles! They helped me with my luggage and provided directions to nearby attractions, which I found very helpful.

The location was close to the metro station. It made getting around easier. The room was very clean and the housekeeping was great. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee machine.
The bathroom had mold. The beds was not comfortable. Some towels had dark spots. It made them unusable.
