The metro station's proximity is convenient. A brief walk brings you to Catalunya plaza. Our room was impeccably super clean and cozy. I gratefully used the luggage storage after checkout. The staff's helpfulness and kindness were much APPRECIATED.
The elevator service could have been more efficient, as there was just one, and it sometimes had operational issues.

the air conditioning did not work in my room this was quite uncomfortable during warm weather i also found the noise from the street quite disruptive at night the location felt a bit unsafe after dark i likely would not choose this place again

the hotel staff was really helpful. i received great advice about local restaurants. the location made it easy to reach many attractions. the room was always clean when i returned each day.
The street was quite noisy at night. it was difficult to sleep sometimes due to the commotion. the air conditioning was loud. the elevator seemed to have issues. I had to wait longer than i expected.

The staff was VERY friendly. They went out of their way to help me with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was REALLY good with lots of choices. The location was very central. I walked everywhere.
The placement of the hotel had loud people around. There was dirt and a bad smell in the area. The bed was too hard with only one thin pillow.
