dirty carpetlimited room
The absence of assistance with luggage upon arrival was noticeable. It started to rain, and nobody offered an umbrella or help with the suitcases. Although I booked a 'Superior Double Room', the room seemed small and did not match the photos displayed on the website (a shame, really). The carpet was dirty. Sadly, Relais and Chateaux may not guarantee a fine hotel stay anymore.

the hotel has many sitting rooms. they allowed me to relax indoors. the architecture of the main building is glorious. the staff helped me move baggage.
the menu is limited. there are great options in the area. the breakfast should have more variety. they should treat the guests with daily fruits.

i liked the building decor. the gardens were also beautiful. the restaurant provided a good gastronomique experience with wine pairing.
the menu seemed limited to me. i think the breakfast needs more variety. i expected a daily treat of fruits for all guests, but there was not any.
