The location was excellent. It was close to the town centre. the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was a good start to the day..

my room next to the garden was nice and quiet. the beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean and tidy. i found the room well-kept .

the hotel provides amenities like a trouser press and iron with ironing board. a hairdryer is available too, either in the rooms or on the landings. parking was possible just outside the hotel.

the staff were always friendly and willing to help with any requests. they let me leave my car parked even after checking out so i could visit a local attraction. it was very considerate.

inconsistent experience, some drawbacks
small roomdated bathroom
The room was quite small. the bathroom felt dated, especially the lack of a mixer tap. there was only one chair for hanging clothes. That was not enough for two people, i found. the lack of a fan in the room made it stuffy, even with moderate temperatures outside. The heat just lingered.

i liked the location. it was easy to reach everything i needed. owners and staff showed friendlyness. i also appreciated the free parking all weekend.
the room felt old and worn. the bathroom was not excellent at all, i have to admit.
