EXCELLENT Stay and Carvery
easy access ample parking friendly staff customizable choices
The location allowed easy access to various Shropshire destinations. It was convenient. On-site parking was plentiful. I never struggled to find a space. The staff members were friendly, and courteous. They addressed all my needs promptly. The breakfast setup was pre-order. I could customize my choices and the table setting suited my preferences.

The room included a comfortable bed, and the provision of facilities was adequate for my needs. It was a cosy space to relax after a long day, and I had a good night's sleep EACH night. The room was clean.

old towels undersized toilet seat
check-in was easy.
The towels were not white and looked quite old. i also found some dust in the room. It seemed the cleaning was not up to standard. the toilet seat was too small for the toilet, odd.

missing wifi no information
The breakfast met my expectations.
The Wi-Fi did not work, quite annoying. There was no information in the room about contacting staff for assistance. I also wasn't sure what time the pub closed.
