quiet and excellent hotel stay
good food relaxed atmosphere excellent staff many subbeds
The pool area featured many subbeds . i enjoyed the good food variety and quality, especially with my adult children. we all appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. The staff served us well. it was a great hotel overall.
the room i stayed in had limited sound insulation between rooms.

slow room service cramped gym
the location was acceptable, though the access road was quite narrow.
I had issues with the room service. it was slow, and the food arrived cold on one occasion. Plus, the prices seemed higher than what was listed on the menu, frustrating. also, the gym was smaller than i expected. It only had a few pieces of equipment and felt cramped, especially when more than two people were using it at once.

The superior double room had a lake view. Breakfast offered many options. The hotel provided details for local mountain bike rides. I found the reception staff helpful. The pool was very clean !
The sound insulation between the rooms was limited, and I could hear noise at times.

I appreciated the well kept pool area. It had quality beds and shades. The location is nicely centered for tourist attractions. I also enjoyed the Junior Suite, ESPECIALLY its bed, bathroom, lounge and balcony.
The breakfast choice was shocking. The quality of cooked food was poor. I found the coffee machine hopeless for hot water. The cups were also small. The staff in the restaurant could have been more friendly. I felt unheard when addressing room issues.

The breakfast buffet presented issues due to limited choices and cramped conditions. The two hot dishes were eggs and bacon.. and the cold items were not replenished quickly enough. Only coffee was available. Tea was not offered. The coffee machines were insufficient to handle the number of guests. These issues combined to affect the dining experience, insufficient breakfast buffet

good paella stocked fridge
the food at the restaurant was quite good (i especially enjoyed the paella). the new pool next to the building provided a great spot for relaxation with a nearby fridge stocked with drinks.
my room showed signs of needing some updating, though it was clean.
