The breakfast buffet had many choices, and i especially liked the prosecco. our room included a balcony with nice views. That was a GREAT bonus.
The towels felt a little bit hard, which i did not enjoy. the water from the shower smelled kind of funny. It was a strange odor.

The room was spacious. i enjoyed the swimming pool. It allowed for good relaxation after a day exploring. breakfast included much choice. It had options different from other hotel breakfasts.
i found the staff to be not very friendly. i would have liked more hospitality from them.

the front desk did not answer when i tried calling. there was no one at the front desk when i went downstairs to the lobby. it appears the 24-hour service claim is deceptive.
