The breakfast was good, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I appreciated their service. The hotel's location near the station was convenient.
I noticed a sewage smell in the corridor leading to my room. I also found the noise from the elevator quite loud since my room was right next to it.

The hotel frontage had a classic mid-Victorian Railway style. I found this building to have a Roman theme, quite interesting. The hotel repurposed a multilevel bank into modern rooms (I especially liked this detail). The gardens also presented a Roman courtyard theme.
Check-in at 4 pm felt a bit late. I prefer 3 pm, as most hotels offer this. The parking fee of £30 was quite high.

The staff was nice and gave us free drinks vouchers since it was my partner's birthday. The room was clean and spacious. We were also given a dressing gown and slippers with nice toiletries. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot.
The location was great! though the parking was expensive.

the location was convenient, about a ten minute walk into the city center. the buffet breakfast was good i appreciated the variety. the shower was excellent i found it very refreshing.
the room i was given had little storage space. the bathroom felt cramped. the chairs in the restaurant were too large, they felt low for the height of the tables.
