fantastic central location
modern vibe convenient location friendly staff moon decoration
I appreciated the hotel's modern vibe and cleanliness. It felt really edgy and up-to-date. Everything i needed was close by, so the location was convenient. The staff offered great customer service and always remained friendly. I also liked the moon decoration above the bed. It was a very nice touch.
The tram outside did cause some noise disruption. This was slightly disturbing.

the room featured nice lighting and stylish décor, it had a very functional spacious design. the beds were very comfortable. The room temperature was easy to adjust, which i appreciated a lot.

The hotel provides free water each day. This was very convenient and refreshing. The hotel entrance has a very cozy design, it felt very cute every time. There is ability to park right in front of the main door, a big plus. The gym seemed good, although i did not use it.

breakfast offered a buffet with many choices, this was super convenient. Food from the hotel tasted good, everything seemed fresh. There were also some drink options, that were easy to buy. The restaurant was clean, and the service was attentive.

the hotel's location is excellent, it is near many popular locations. It is a short walk to the main square. Public transport is also conveniently close, which i found very practical. Getting around was effortless.

a really good stay
helpful staff prosecco bottle breakfast options
The staff were helpful and professional. i especially liked the bottle of prosecco included (such a sweet surprise!). bath robes and slippers were provided. breakfast offered many options, from fruits and cereals to hot buffet plates. A good start to each day.
the room was a bit small, making it slightly challenging to organize my belongings effectively.

the beautiful double room included useful amenities such as a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. a refrigerator and safe were available, ensuring convenience and security for personal items. the beds were comfortable.

charmed by the old town
excellent breakfast fresh pastries packed lunch good bar food
My room was a comfort double room. the breakfast selection was excellent. I liked the fresh pastries. i even got a packed lunch arranged by the hotel for my tour. the bar food was very good and the drinks menu decent
the carpets were lifting slightly as i entered the lift it was a minor trip hazard. the issue was small though.

The hotel is very close to all the historical sites. it is located in a very nice area of the city. transport links are within a short distance too. The location was perfect.
