The hotel boasts amazing interior design and style. the staff are friendly and cute! the lobby was very useful. People were actually using it. i found the level of hygiene fantastic.
the rooms are compact, though accurately advertised, and i would've liked more space.

the breakfast coffee was nice downstairs. i had sunday lunch at the sebastian restaurant. the steak and chips were AMAZING!!! the meat was excellent.

the staff was friendly and accommodating with travel changes. rafa at reception was super helpful! nefteli in the breakfast room was very efficient and kind.

I enjoyed the hotel's modern design! the staff was very friendly and helpful. the pool and lounge area were great. I relaxed there a lot!
the breakfast was subpar. i was surprised there wasn't a buffet at a hotel of this supposed caliber! the rooms felt very small. i had trouble opening my luggage in the limited space!
