disappointing breakfast service and noise issues
professional employeesbroken coffee machineslong wait
the front desk employees were professional, kind, and helpful.
I paid extra for breakfast and should have asked for a refund. the coffee machines didn't work and the omelette bar took more than 20 minutes. i got pancakes and sat them down. The server immediately put them in the trash. they offered to get more but were out, this was very annoying

Blazenka provided excellent customer service. She fulfilled my room request with a sea view. She also arranged a private driver named Ante for a day tour. Ante showed me many sights on the way.
The indoor pool water was colder than expected, disappointing.
