the location seemed like a dream, so near to everything. i could walk to dotonbori and namba station in just minutes. the communal toilets were immaculate, and so many amenities were available. a communal fridge, ironing board, and even toiletries existed.
It did not reach the 7th floor, my floor. It felt a little inconvenient. also, i had to leave luggage on the 6th floor because the lockers were small. back and forth for simple tasks reminded me of a task.

the location are awesome, only 5 minutes from the station and dotonbori street. the staff were friendly and very helpful with fluent english skills. i was given a mesh bag with towels that worked well. the capsule felt private and the air conditioning worked great.
the charging ports didnt work, so i had to rely on my powerbank.

the hotel location is perfect, putting you in the heart of the tourist area. i noticed many bars and restaurants close by, offering lots of choice. many tourist attractions are within walking distance.

i saw many bathrooms and toilets, so there was never a wait. they have a water dispenser, good, and provide toiletries. a shared fridge is available to store food, requiring labeling.

capsules felt very private, offering a peaceful sleep. the capsules include air conditioning, lights, and an alarm clock. i booked a bottom capsule and i found it very comfortable for rest.

the staff was very nice and also super helpful when needed. they spoke excellent english and made check in easy. i saw that staff was available and present at all times.

the location was really convienent. it was right across from dontonburi district. the badge entry system felt very secure. clean amenities were also a plus!
i also had to leave my luggage on the 6th floor. it was a lot of back and forth for simple tasks, really.

i appreciated the separate locker area it allowed for late-night suitcase organization without disturbing other guests. the lockers accommodated my cabin luggage backpack and jacket i also found racks for larger items. the location proved very convenient a short walk led to the nearest metro station and the main dotonbori area was very close.
the capsule fan did not circulate air effectively. this led to a noticeable odor throughout the facility.

the staff was helpful and assisted me with directions to places in the city. they offered assistance beyond the facility and it was valuable to me. their english capabilities were good and they offered japanese when they learned i lived in japan.

the sleeping area was quiet and clean the pod had a curtain a light and a power outlet inside. it was comfortable and provided the expected amenities. the temperature in the room was appropriate for sleeping and i did not notice any significant drafts.

many eating places are available near this accommodation. a seven eleven is behind the building. the location is near dorombori street so there are a lot of dining options available and close by.
