The shared kitchen was convenient I could prepare breakfast.
The room I had was not properly cleaned there was dust and dirt behind the bed. I also found some items that looked like old underwear back there it was not a good experience. The staff addressed this the next day but it should have been sorted out beforehand.

Excellent stay overall

spacious roomcomfortable bedbad smell
The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The shower offered great pressure. I found the location quite convenient to many shops. There was a shared kitchen on the floor, and it featured a balcony for guest use.
The air conditioner in the first room I had stopped working during the first night. I was moved to another room, but it had a very bad smell. I had to move back to the first room.
Facilities
9/10
Each floor features a communal kitchen who want to prepare their own food. This provides a significant convenience for longer stays or families with specific dietary needs. I noted each kitchen had modern appliances, ample counter space, and a dining area.
Service
8/10
I found the staff to be helpful and accommodating. They promptly addressed my request to change rooms. I was happy when they arranged for the move back after the second room was not up to standard.
