The breakfast was delicious. the staff was very kind and hospitable. i loved our room. it was easily walkable to main attractions. Some of the most delicious restaurants were nearby.
the noise isolation was completely absent in the room. it was like sleeping with the window open. the room door was a simple wooden door, so i clearly heard other people passing by.

The hotel had a great location. It was away from the tourist hot spot (in Oltarno), and a ten-minute walk took me to the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The room was in a fine traditional building.
The hotel is quirky, and not very well staffed. No one is there from 7:30 p.m. to 8 a.m. The garden looks beautiful, but guests cannot access it.

The hotel staff welcomed me warmly at the entry. they provided complimentary drinks and snacks which i found lovely. the room was spacious and clean. It also included chic decor. i appreciated the quiet location. It.
the hotel's quirky decor wasn't entirely to my taste, though i can see others might find it charming.

The hotel felt quirky and more like a B&B. The beautiful garden was not accessible. I found the acoustics were not great, so I could hear other people.
