super convenient stay
spacious apartment full kitchen soft bed easy check-in
I found the apartment very spacious. it had plenty of room. the full kitchen facilities and the washing machine were also very handy. I really appreciated having a dryer. the bed was so soft and clean. check-in was easy. they held my bags before and after, useful.

excellent stay near town hall
spacious room harbor view laundry facilities gym equipment
the location was indeed great for accessing different parts of the area i needed to visit during my trip the room was spacious it had a nice view facing the harbor the kitchen and laundry facilities would be very practical for an extended stay i also liked the gym and its equipment for a quick workout.

The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen. It included a cooker, hob, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The lounge and dining area provided access to a shared balcony. A large screen television was available. computer access.
Drawer space was limited, impacting storage of clothes and personal belongings.

convenient location nice pool building updates dirty glass
The location was certainly convenient for getting around. The availability of a pool proved a nice feature for a quick dip after a long day.
The building definitely showed its age and needs some updates. The showers displayed mold. The balcony glass did not appear to have been cleaned anytime recently.

amazing views comfy bed efficient staff dirty room old carpet lift issues
the room was massive and had amazing views. the bed was very comfy. i was very happy. all the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.
the room wasn't clean. i saw old carpet that had lifted off the floor and gathered in patches. it looked to have no underlay. lifts were a joke! we waited 20 mins for a free lift or climbed the fire stairs.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location is convenient to the train station (it made getting around easy). The staff were nice and friendly.
The room felt a bit dated. I noticed the carpet had lifted off the floor. Waiting for the lifts took a long time (it was a bit frustrating).

central location helpful staff express check-out limited drawer small gym insufficient shade
the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was great, within walking distance to many attractions.. i found several good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. express check-in and check-out was a plus.
the limited drawer space in the apartment was a slight inconvenience. the gym was small, with only a few pieces of equipment. the pool lacked enough shaded areas, and i struggled to find a lounger.
