amazing city stay!
unbeatable locationquiet roomhandy supermarketunexpected hold
the location is unbeatable, and i could walk everywhere easily! the double-glazed windows meant my room was quiet, and the comfortable bed gave me the best sleep. And a supermarket just across the road was unbelievably handy!
the hotel wanted to put a hold on my card for an amount i didn't expect, and i was unaware of the pending refund duration.

The hotel features double glazed windows, and this effectively reduced street noise. It made for a very nothing noisy despite the central location, it surprised me.

The room included block out curtains, and this feature ensured the room remained dark. It helped promote restful sleep as i was working night shifts .

the staff were friendly and changed my room to one at the front of the hotel with a street view! i had asked if this was possible upon arrival, and they were so accommodating.

a coles supermarket is conveniently located across the road from the hotel! it stays open until 10pm, and this made it very easy to grab snacks and drinks, a simple perk.

I stayed on level three. it seemed freshly painted, you know? the paint fumes were quite strong. there was no window for fresh air. i asked to move, but they said they were full. I guess they forgot i was a paying customer. a refund? forget about it. they offered wine next time. How generous!
