I experienced a significant delay during check-in. Only one receptionist was available, and I waited for about twenty minutes. It was frustrating. Staffing issues should be addressed.

the check-in process was slow. there was often a queue at the front desk, and i waited a considerable time. the breakfast buffet was also basic. i found it to be the worst offering compared to other hotels i have stayed in.

The location was excellent, with many dining options nearby. It was easy to reach attractions. I received an upgrade and the room was a nice size. The shower had good water pressure and a rainfall head.
