excellent stay with great service
taxi boatpolite staffcomfy bed
the taxi boat arrival was a wonderful start to my stay it made the arrival very special. the staff were very polite and helpful the pool bar staff were particularly good. the room was clean and the bed very comfy i slept very well .
breakfast times were very strict doors closed promptly at 11:00 even with food remaining and guests arriving.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options the quality was high. the restaurant offers outdoor seating with sea views creating a relaxing atmosphere to eat. fresh fish options are available daily.

staff were very attentive and friendly the luggage service from the boat was very helpful. reception staff were always available to answer questions and provide assistance. i found them very responsive to requests.

the swimming pool had plenty of sun loungers and towels were readily available. a golf buggy service was available to assist guests with transportation around the hotel. the crystal clear water at the beach was perfect for swimming.

the hotel is locate on a beautiful beach. the saltwater swimming pool are available. the full sea view maisonette apartment has enough space for two adults and three children. breakfast had magnificent view and the choices were ok.
the hotel does cater to male guests more. as solo female traveller, i felt consistently dismiss by staff and the preference was obvious.

the hotel benefits from a prime position directly on the beach, with access to the sea. nearby rocks offer crystal clear water, great for swimming and snorkeling, a saltwater swimming pool are near the beach.
