amazing beachfront stay
direct access excellent recommendations hot tub
i stayed for several nights and loved having direct beach access. the staff offered excellent local recommendations. my room included a hot tub overlooking the sea and beach. nibbles were a nice touch in the room and the honesty bar added convenience.
the stairs were steep when i carried my luggage up to my room at check in. nobody assisted me then.

my superior suite 3 had a modern bathroom with two sinks. the balcony included lounge chairs plus a table with two chairs. the room also featured a kitchenette and sitting area.

unhelpful staff poor hospitality
The staff was unhelpful. They did not change the linen when requested because it was not clean. I found this to be very poor hospitality. There was no friendliness from the staff.

The hotel sits right on the beach. The ocean views are wonderful. Breakfast is made to order and delicious. There is a wide variety of options.

The team was lovely. they did all they could to, the beach was really fine. the location overlooked the beach. I was so lucky to find it.

adequate stay, some issues noted
unsafe stairs back view
The breakfast service fell short of expectations. The coffee quality needs improvement. i noticed that the stairs leading to our room felt a bit unsafe, demanding immediate attention to prevent potential accidents. furthermore, our room faced the back of the hotel, not offering the sea view promised. This was quite disappointing. these factors detracted from the overall experience.
