the pool area was nice! there was one specifically for adults only. the room was spacious and very clean. there were many cats around the lobby area.
the rooms felt a bit dated and not really 5 star level! i changed rooms several times and experienced similar issues like slow drainage. the food was average and pretty similar each night. there was little evening entertainment.

The lobby was nice. i liked the beach. It was well kept. (i spent a lot of time there) the bellboy was very polite and helped me with my luggage. the luggage information about the hotel was helpful.
The half board only included a la carte. i had to pay extra for dinner, as well as breakfast. i was unable to use the included dining hall. There were too many cats. (they were under the tables!)

i was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. the customer service was quite good, especially esra was helpful (she knew her job well).
the toilet door in my room did not close properly. the large bay window also broke on the second day (not the best start for a vacation).

i am very grateful for a wonderful stay. staff seemed always friendly and helpful. the food options tasted great. the spa facilities impressed me a lot. there were swimming pools and saunas, a perfect way to relax. i really enjoyed the aqua park because it was super fun.
the hotel room i received required some updates. it did affect my overall experience little.

overcrowded buffetoutdated facilities
i was excited about the all-inclusive aspect but soon found some disappointments. the buffet restaurant was often overcrowded. finding a clean table became a challenge. the staff seemed overwhelmed. the children's facilities was quite outdated. several rides at the fairground were not operational and those that were running looked like they needed maintenance. i felt a bit let down, considering my expectations (especially after reading the hotel's description).
