Mediocre stay. Several issues

the staff was kind.
The room was just too warm because the ac wasn't working. I couldn't sleep at all!!! it was a real problem. also, the breakfast selection was not good.

underwhelming stay due to several issues
lack of soundproofingbathroom condition
The room i booked did not match the photos online. It felt more like a budget option than a standard one. soundproofing was nonexistent. i could hear every footstep, conversation, and even the shower from other rooms. It felt old and i even found bugs in the tub at night. this was disappointing considering the price i paid.

The staff provided friendly service.
The parking garage entrance was quite narrow. It was difficult to navigate a larger vehicle in and out of the space. There was also no air conditioning available in the room I occupied I found this quite uncomfortable during warmer hours.
