The location was amazing. I received a balcony room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The beds were comfortable, and the big tvs were great.
Unfortunately my room was very DIRTY. It was in a state of disrepair with paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. There was mould in the bathroom and layers of dust everywhere.

the suites are very close to the lake and the train station. communication before arrival was timely i had no worries getting in. the bed was very comfortable i slept soundly. i was very happy with the location and access to everything i needed
the elevator was tiny it made moving luggage slightly difficult but it was manageable

the hotel has a common kitchen area that allows guests to cook. the upper terrace offers sun loungers for relaxation and a jacuzzi is also available for guest use during warmer days.

Very nice Lakefront Stay

The location provided unobstructed views of the lake. Monica and the staff offered friendly help throughout my stay. The interior decorations added to the beauty of the suite (I especially appreciated the attention to detail).
The building felt quite old upon entering, and the elevator was surprisingly tiny.

The suite was large with a standing shower plus a bathtub (a great combination!). Large windows provided lake views. The absence of carpets contributed to the room's cleanliness and modern feel.

The common area offered a kitchen with all the facilities needed to prepare meals. There was also a shared terrace upstairs. I found a jacuzzi there along with some sun loungers.

The hotel is in a good location, right across from the ferry. This made getting around the lake easy.
The room wasnt very clean, and I felt quite disappointed about it. There was mold in the bathroom and paint was peeling, that was really a problem. it was a bit noisy because I heard sounds from outside my door and conversations that make difficult to relax.

Really good Suite with Amazing Views

The suite featured windows on three sides, providing amazing views. Air conditioning was very effective and maintained a cool environment. The bed provided comfort. Helpful hosts were easy to contact, which I found appreciable. I appreciated the ferry terminal near to the hotel.
I encountered nearly fifty messages regarding contactless check-in. The volume was excessive. It was difficult to manage while I was already on vacation.
