Acceptable stay with some issues

The food was amazing from breakfast until dinner. Our room included a little kitchenette stocked with Costa Rican coffee. It was a nice touch. The reception staff were helpful, mainly when helping us order taxis and book excursions (they were always ready to assist).
I experienced a billing issue. I booked through another platform, and there was an error with my confirmation.

i loved the access to nature right on the hotel. a beautiful trail offered wildlife exposure i really enjoyed. our bungalow had two stories it included a bed and bath on each level. the master bedroom provided a lovely view i will remember. space heaters helped ensure comfort and portable dryers managed damp clothing effectively
the hotel's proximity to the national parks involved a short drive of about twenty minutes it was manageable but slightly inconvenient

the room's decor was stylish and clean it provided comfort. grounds were beautifully maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere. agouti preserve on site was surprisingly nice and well-kept. a comfortable stay was provided.

the staff demonstrated exemplary service throughout my stay. communication with staff was excellent and efficient. they used whatsapp to address any needs promptly. all requests were handled with great attention to detail.

the hotel is close to santa elena and integrated into a natural environment. the location is surrounded by diverse fauna and flora. the setting creates a peaceful retreat within the cloud forest. nature surrounds the hotel with trails and wildlife viewing opportunities.

My room included a comfy bed and turndown service. The bathroom included double sinks and locally produced soaps. I appreciated the heated plunge pool after hiking all day.

I loved how close it was to everything. The main town was a short drive, and the sights were easily accessible! there is a wildlife center right next door. cool trails to explore. the hotel restaurant had views of the pacific, so i watched for motmots while i ate. the breakfast orange juice was super fresh, and the locally grown coffee gave me a boost!
The hotel didn't offer a free shuttle to town. That would have been nice.
