the shower barely worked. very little water came out. it was either scalding hot or ice cold. i needed lukewarm water. also, the pool was not accessible early in the morning, disappointing as i had an early flight.

Our room was a quadruple room and it was very spacious and clean. we had dinner. The food tasted delicious and the waitress was super nice. fast check in made arrival easy and the free shuttle to the airport was really comfortable.

The breakfast quality seemed a bit low. the pool wasn't available in the morning or late evening which limited access. the shower barely worked. Very little water came out. it was either scalding hot or ice cold. There was no happy medium.

The breakfast included both gluten-free and dairy-free options. The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient and efficient. It is a major bonus. Staff members offered helpful advice regarding the bus service into the city centre.

The air conditioning did not adequately cool the room during a hot period. It only went down to 20 degrees. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which I found off-putting.

The room included a modern television. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and two separate sinks, THAT was very useful. I found complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

charming stay near the airport!

i found the staff very helpful, especially raffaella. she was professional and attentive to my needs. the shuttle to the airport at 4:00 am was punctual, which i greatly appreciated. the hotel provided a seamless experience for my early morning departure.

the air conditioning didn't quite cool the room as much as i hoped, especially given the warm weather.

My double or twin room featured a fridge and a kettle, so convenient! the space was quite generous and comfortable. I found everything well maintained and clean, with good soundproofing too.

The breakfast selection included many choices, that was nice. i particularly enjoyed the good coffee and the overall variety. I saw several options for both sweet and savory preferences, that was quite nice.

The swimming pool looked great and the relaxation area seemed ideal. i noticed a small gym was also available, with essential equipment for a quick workout, so useful. the hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the airport. It's great!
