The free parking was spacious. Locating the hotel was simple. A big advantage was the air conditioning that worked well. It was quite helpful on a hot day. To visit the city center I preferred using my car to get around, since there were cheap parking spots nearby.

a decidedly average stay
disruptive noiseoutdated decor
i found the noise level quite disruptive late at night there seemed to be quite a bit of shouting and banging i also thought the decor felt outdated like stepping back into another era the room lacked a modern feel this impacted the overall comfort i expected.

I was greeted by beautiful italian marble in the entrance hall. the helpful staff gave detailed advice on the local bus system. It runs straight to the centre. the bed and pillows were large and comfortable. I loved the daily room cleaning.
the older gentleman at reception was a bit unhelpful. i didn't get a receipt because he seemed impatient.

basic stay with some issues
poor soundproofingsmelly linen
I found the soundproofing quite poor. i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms late at night. There was shouting and banging. also, the bed linen had an unpleasant smell. it made it difficult to relax, and i really didn't like that smell.
