small room poor quality food
the location was acceptable, right in the heart of everything.
I was frustrated with the small size of the room i booked. It was cramped. the breakfast was quite a disappointment. The quality of the food was not great at all. i expect more when i pay that much money!!!

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety each morning. I found the location quite central, close to Juliet's house and the arena. Staff members were polite and helpful . They even lent cushions when they learned I planned to attend the opera.
The bathroom needed some updating.

The room was always clean. Fresh towels arrived every day, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The decor was understated and tasteful, with a pleasant environment after a day of sightseeing.

The location is superb right on the piazza. The hotel's location is excellent near the arena and Juliet's Balcony. The bus stop is a short walk away.

the location was good, it was in the heart of everything. the breakfast had enough options, i found something to eat each morning.
my room was smaller than i expected, it felt a bit cramped. i also had some trouble with the air conditioning, it did not work that well.

the staff was helpful. they did everything they could for us. the breakfast on the balcony was great. there was a very good breakfast selection too.
i reserved an economy room. i did not expect a room without a window. there WAS a small window next to the ceiling.
