Fantastic room and location

The room included a large balcony. It was very clean upon arrival. I especially enjoyed the modern bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower. I also got a free gift for my birthday. The hotel assisted with retrieving a lost item and shipping it internationally.
The spa charges an extra fee using the jacuzzi on weekends, which seemed a little UNFAIR.

Staff provided prompt room service, delivering requested items in under thirty minutes. The reception was always staffed, addressing inquiries efficiently. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, ensuring fresh towels were provided.
